It's with immense enthusiasm that we introduce our newly established non-governmental organization, Maya Ko Pahichan, meaning “Recognition of Love.” Our central objective revolves around addressing the critical issues confronting the LGBTIQ+ community in Nepal.

Mission and Focus:
Maya Ko Pahichan distinguishes itself by championing the matrimonial rights of LGBTIQ+ individuals and striving to eradicate the legal barriers they face. We actively support ongoing marriage equality litigation in Nepal. Furthermore, our focus extends to ensuring the active involvement of LGBTIQ+ individuals in the political sphere, thereby enhancing their visibility and fostering inclusion within politics.
